The incredible 17-second technique

According to the great mystic and writer Deepak Chopra, about 50,000 thoughts pass through our mind a day. And the next day 49,990 of them are repeated.

What are our thoughts?

Our thoughts reflect the contents of our mind. And if you decide to observe your thoughts for a while you will find that they have the same vibrational structure or in other words every thought attracts to itself a like vibrational thought. In this way, thoughts are linked one after the other as a chain of vibrations of similar frequency. Our thoughts are a translation of our vibration. The way we live, the things that happen to us, the relationships in our lives are derivatives of our thoughts and their product.

All of us have repeatedly fallen into a state in which we wake up in the morning with an inspiring and wonderful thought or in trembling anticipation. And then, as it were, everything on that day is arranged as if by a magic wand and they happen to us from nice, nicer
things and everything, is arranged with particular ease and exactly the way we like it. But there are also times when things go the exact opposite way. It's as if we "spin in a vicious circle" and even when we realize that we don't like our thoughts, we don't know how to change the direction.
Here is the solution:

17 seconds … if you hold a pleasant thought for 17 seconds in your mind, another thought of the same positive frequency will join it. After another 17 seconds, The Law of Attraction will attract to them a new and even more beautiful thought. In fact, only the first 17 seconds of "effort" are required. Because right after that, the Law of the Universe kicks in and it starts doing the rest. Every 17 seconds it gets easier and more fun.
