Have you ever thought that often the stories in our lives repeat themselves?

Just when you think you've gotten out of some unpleasant life situation, it doesn't take long for it to return, albeit in a slightly different guise. And so again you attract the same type of relationships, relationships, people, similar situations, even diseases. The ventures we embark on end in an identical manner.

Why does this happen? Here are three key reasons!

  1. Because after a certain incident, you talk, comment, complain about the problem again and again

You have a habit after something unpleasant happens to you, to return to it again and again in your thoughts and conversations. Your boss treats you unfairly, your partner disappoints you, you still don't get enough the money, the colleague behaves disrespectfully, etc. etc. you withdraw from the situation, you fall into new relationships and circumstances, you feel great for a period of time, and before long things return to your life in a similar way.

Why?

The thing is, when something negative happens or we go through a difficulty, we keep commenting, criticizing, discussing, slandering, lamenting, justifying it. Again! And again! And mentally. And verbally. What happens then? You hold your point of focus to this unpleasant thing and the energy of the universe supplies you with more and more of the same. You have ordered a new portion! This is not about not sharing anything with anyone.

We're talking here about not chewing on months, years, even old disappointments like a broken record. When it passes and you find a solution to forgive (here you will find a wonderful technique for Forgiveness) and leave it where it belongs in the past. Leave the past in the past if you don't want any more of it. The universe does not judge whether something is good for you or not. She is neutral. It only responds to the energy you radiate. It's not like someone is punishing you. Not because your karma is too heavy. Not that your destiny is like that. You simply "desired" this with your vibrations.

  1. Deep inner convictions

All those things that you believe so strongly that you don't even question them, they are implied as facts. Just before you reach the desired and hop something happens and brings you back to the starting position. You just manage to lose weight and your body returns to its old weight (see the specially designed meditation here). You're just patching up the budget and relaxing a little, and suddenly an unexpected expense pops up (see the specially designed meditation here).

In every sphere, deep inner convictions are that vibrational signature,

with which you approve, accept and sign what is happening. Every human being is a dynamic system of deep inner convictions, emotionality and attunement to the world. And all these things are like a vibrational set that is unique and unique to that person. Respectively, this is how he stamps his life path.

These deep inner beliefs operate at an unconscious level.

A while ago I read something like this: "Nothing good in our life comes without great pain". What happens when a person "has" such a belief? Well, you know that in order for something good to happen to you, you will have to "pay" for it with pain. You are waiting for the pain. You say you can't do it without her. And the universe says:

- Great! You get what you want!

Because YOU emit a PRECISE CONFIGURATION of beliefs that attract a PRECISE CONFIGURATION OF EXPERIENCES. THE UNIVERSE DOESN'T JUDGE WHETHER SOMETHING IS GOOD OR NOT IT JUST REFUSES.
What's more, you don't even want good things to happen to you anymore (subconsciously) because you're sick of hardship and pain. It's better to have no good things, BUT no pain either. Do you understand how it works? Like in a vicious circle.

The solution?

How do you begin to change these deeply held beliefs? If they are at the subconscious level, then the change must happen at the subconscious level. And the subconscious manifests itself as deep inner convictions. You don't know that you think and believe them. But you imply them by yourself. For example: my mother was chubby. Grandma was chubby. So me too. Mother had no luck with men. Grandma too. I will be like them. Who am I to expect anything else for myself?

What has the power to help?

The meditation. When I realized that the meditation both helps to relax pleasantly, and has the power to transform parasitic inner beliefs, and at the same time, the mind in alpha brainwave frequency has the power to create, my life began to turn around in general. Therefore, when people start meditating, they start to change for the better.

Observe your deep inner beliefs and in them you will find the key to frequently repeating life patterns.

They are like a rubber band.

No matter how much you muster up, push back, stretch it, and put energy into your new endeavor, it will push you back. Because your deep inner conviction will not allow you to cross this border of what you deeply believe in.

  1. Because you haven't learned your lesson

Everything comes into your life as a lesson to learn from. Until you learn the lesson and pass the exam, you don't move on. You repeat over and over. You are passing a lesson. You are taking an exam. Read more: The paradox: less is more!

What does it mean to learn the lesson?

You are getting sick. The disease does not come to punish you, but to encourage you to change something in your lifestyle. When you make the change ie. you learn the lesson from the disease you don't need it anymore and it goes away. However, we often do the opposite. We are cured by medicine or surgery or a miracle. But then we return to our old way of thinking and living. Respectively, we get back the ailment or it manifests itself in a slightly different way.

No one crosses our path by accident!

Every problem comes with a lesson.

You learn the lesson, the problem has no reason to come. A good question to ask yourself is: What is this situation trying to teach me?
