❤️ The paradox – less is more by Milena Goleva

Why do some people seem to achieve more with fewer goals?

Their things seem to work out without much effort and effort and somehow through ease.

Is more really more?

There is a style called minimalism. Style in art, design and architecture. Also way of thinking, which opposes the greedy gluttony of the modern world, materialism and the need to accumulate. And accordingly the admirers of this way of life assure us that we shall be subject to less stress and mess. And accordingly, we will have more time for the important things.

Quality over quantity!

Does more equal better? Would we be happier if we had more? Some of the happiest nations in the world are dramatically poorer than we are. Read also: Envy - the silent thief!

Is happiness in possession and quantity?

However, let's look at this principle from another point of view. In terms of the goals we set for ourselves. Often the beginner's mistake is that you want it all and you want it now. Because you don't know where to start, you set many goals at the same time.

But most goals will not lead you to more success. Why?

You have certain time and energy resources. More goals means that you will have to distribute your time, energy, enthusiasm, knowledge a little more in more places. This automatically disempowers and unfocusses you. Tension and stress will start to rise. You will start to lose faith and respect for yourself. Learn how to regain your faith in yourself and reduce stress and fatigue here!
In this way, in your attempt to juggle many elements, you become slightly neurotic, internally tense and you will lose focus on what is really important.

Let's see the reverse example!

You set fewer and more key goals. My recommendation is between one and three. You direct the focus to the really important things. Attention, energy, motivation are directed specifically. The efficiency gradually increases. You begin to feel satisfaction. May it be easier for you. You regain your sense of self-worth. Or in other words, you begin to vibrate at a high frequency. And what do you attract into your life when you feel good? You attract more things to make you feel good. Fewer goals means CLEAR goals!

You don't owe anyone comfort!

Here's what happens when you optimize your goals:

  1. More space for the important things
  2. More sense of freedom
  3. More peace of mind
  4. More happiness
  5. More self-respect
  6. More efficiency
  7. More time for fun, for family, for children

Did you notice anything key?

You supposedly do less, and as a result you get more of it all. An interesting paradox regarding goals, isn't it? Read also: 10 steps that will bring a positive change in your life!

Narrow down the important goals and watch them lead to MORE in every aspect!

Life is beautiful... You are WONDERFUL!
