In recent years, one of the most frequently used lines is:

- Love yourself;
– It is important to learn to love yourself;
– If you love yourself, your life will change completely” etc. etc.

Familiar, right?

The more this recommendation is used, it seems, the more it lightens, fades and loses its deep and true meaning. What does it mean to love yourself? Many people take this phrase too literally and, starting to follow it, imperceptibly become egoists who orient their entire existence to themselves. They start from morning to night to take care of their appearance (which is great, but not enough and not everything), stop being tolerant of the needs and aspirations of loved ones. What does it mean to love yourself?

Self-love is not a superficial, frivolous act. Starting today, I will start taking care of myself from morning to night. I will only deal with myself. Love for you is not expressed in care, but in a deep connection with the inner world, with the higher self, with the core.

Self-love is that thread to the invisible part of us,

which we so often forget exists and ignore. The person who gradually and deeply begins to build such a relationship with himself needs no demonstration. There is no need to convince others and reassure them. True love and connection is deep, unadulterated, real. We are looking for her. I already live it. I'm already using it. And I can feel the results. It's one thing to talk about something, it's quite another to live it.

That's why I decided to create a technique to do this in practice.

How do we actually begin to build a true and healthy relationship with ourselves?

From my years of experience and tireless searching, I could say that the most effective and true way to make this happen is through meditation. I am heavily padded with knowledge, I also have a strong connection to my invisible self. But in fact I am mostly practical and oriented towards effective action. We all know how important it is to find a way to yourself. But this is by no means enough. How to do all this in practice?

Meditation is a powerful healing technique.

It has the power to transform and rearrange our inner world. When we are in a meditative brainwave frequency, this connection and realignment happens easily, naturally, deeply and truly effectively. I have seen and accompanied thousands of people to a total change of their lives. I have accompanied and received feedback on thousands of healing transformations. Healing not only for the physical body. Healing in our relationship with ourselves. Medicinal for the emotions. Therapeutic for our thought patterns.

"I love and like myself" is a highly effective and easy practice. It is highly healing.

It all starts there. This relationship between you and you is the foundation to build a beautiful and fulfilling and satisfying life. If you love yourself you will want the best for yourself. If you truly, deeply love yourself, you will do everything possible to be healthy. You will choose to live in harmony. You will not allow depression to be a part of your life.

You will choose beautiful experiences and thoughts.

This practice is for girls only. For girls from 3 to 103 years. It is light, easy, pleasant and effective. I have added a short 15 minute version of the practice to the basic technique as a gift. It is made for days when you don't have enough time or if you want to enhance the effect. Then in the evening listen to the long practice, and during the day, when you find some time for yourself, give yourself the short one.
