❤️ Turn your wounds into wisdom by Milena Goleva

Do you know a lot of people who are constantly feeling sorry for themselves? Me too!

In the beginning is self-pity. You keep asking yourself why exactly me. Then self-pity becomes the art of being able to turn bad situations into good ones. To turn the wounds into wisdom to serve you on your way forward.

You can't change the past, but you can add to it new meaning

and allow him to contribute benefit in your life. Every time you look back at the past, look with Gratitude for all the lessons you've been privileged to learn in life. While you are falling and getting up and falling and getting up, there are people around you who are treading too carefully and too slowly, trying to keep from falling. These are people who live"sterile". See also: ❤️ 70 ways to increase female power and energy

Why is your life even and monotonous?

Isn't it more beautiful that your life becomes more and more light and smooth, but not because you hid from failures. And because you had the courage to stand face to face with them and overcome them. And the more times you pull yourself together to stand up, the more pleasant memories you create. Memories that make you proud of your past and yourself.

Memories that remind you that you are truly alive.

Isn't it amazing how many living people there are on this earth. And how small a fraction of them truly and fully live this life. How many of them sleep living and live sleeping. They never took a risk so they wouldn't fall, so they wouldn't make a mistake and stay "dry".

Do you want to have such an even and cautious life?

And before long, after a series of trials, you begin to experience. Read more: Stop saving your relationship with others! Save your relationship with yourself!

deep and sincere Gratitude for all vicissitudes,

which life has put you in front of. And not only. All Gratitude flows into deep satisfaction and self-respect. To realize that you are centered. To experience with your whole being your gradual, personal evolution. How you build yourself step by step.

And it doesn't matter how many times you've fallen,

the only thing you pay attention to is how many times you managed to get up and yes you move on with head held high.
And the next time, even when you sense that a test is coming. You already are Grateful. You already know that you still have a lot to improve in yourself, a lot to learn. You rub your hands with satisfaction and say to yourself:

another great opportunity for me.

And then: Oh, miracle! Problems just disappear. They just stop coming. You've learned your lesson. You pass on!
Did you learn your lesson?

Did you touch wisdom?
