❤️ Meditation is a charger for the mind

The word and concept "meditation" is shrouded in a mystical aura.

Well, today is going to spoil it. There is an opinion that we have to be very spiritual, follow certain rules or are "special" to meditate.

In fact, meditation is the simplest possible method of relaxing the mind, completely free and available at any time.

And besides, it depends only on the specific person. It is a personal and individual exercise of the mind that leads to the reduction of stress, anxiety, a change in worldview and, above all, getting to know one's own personality. Meditation is a charger for the mind.

Imagine that you are a very intelligent machine.

And here's an example: when you buy a new appliance, you must first read the user manual in order to be able to use it correctly. It is the same with the human organism - with ourselves and our inner world. That is why it has existed since ancient times the meditation as the most powerful means that a person uses to get to know his inner world.

Humans have senses with which we become familiar with the "instructions for use and operation" of our inner world. Exactly the meditation is the exercise that teaches us this.

Today we will reveal the mysterious image of this practice:

1. Meditation is not a religious practice

Meditation is an ancient practice and it does not place restrictions in terms of religion, nation and faith. The word "meditation" has a Latin origin (lat. meditatio) and means a practice that trains the mind. Originally, meditation was understood as both mental and physical exercise, and later the word was associated only with the meaning of contemplation, peace and mental relaxation.

2. Meditation does not mean fixation or concentration

The main results of regular meditation practice are strengthening one's memory and ability to concentrate, i.e. concentration is the result of meditation. In meditation, the mind is in a deep state of rest, which means that the brain is then truly rested, which leads to better concentration.

3. You don't have to practice yoga to meditate

Meditation, as we have specified, is an exercise of the mind, which has nothing to do with whether you do yoga asanas or not. The confusion comes from the fact that the most preferred posture for meditation is the lotus pose /yogic pose/ and that usually everyone who meditates begins with yogic exercises and asanas. In fact, they help in meditation, but they are not required. And vice versa - people practicing yoga does not mean they do meditation.

4. Meditation is not hypnosis

In fact, it is the exact opposite – meditation is full awareness of every moment and every part of our body. It frees us from the emotions, which we want. It enables us to accept people and situations as they are and to take impartial and conscious action. It keeps us from dwelling on the past and worrying about the future. Both are non-existent to the present moment, and instead meditation allows us to focus on the present moment – the here and now.

5. Meditation will not interfere with your modern lifestyle

People mistakenly believe that meditation will make them hermits or make them renounce the worldly. No! It will simply help you feel calmer and more able to deal with life's difficulties more easily. It will simply become your mind's favorite charger.

Meditation is the charger for the mind.

Very often people who practice meditation find that they no longer get as angry as they used to calmer and measured in their actions.

After all, we're not surprised that in the mecca of financial deals in the world - Wall Street - meditation has long been a preferred tool for dealing with stress and conquering financial highs.

Probably for those of you who have not tried meditation yet, the question arises: How can I too? It's easy!
