❤️ What is the posture I should take during relaxation and meditation by Milena Goleva

A question of great importance, which you ask me more and more often! Here is the answer:

The most important thing about posture during meditation are two things:

1. The spine should be straight
2. Be comfortable enough that your body lets you forget about it.

Therefore, as a long-time teacher of meditation and relaxation, I advise you to lie on your back in bed or on a mat on the floor. The hands should be comfortably placed at the sides of the body, but without touching it. The palms are slightly turned upwards, but without tension.

It is important that the head is in line with the spine.

The feet are comfortably spaced apart. It is good to place an eye pillow on the eyelids. It will assist the conversion process the senses inward towards oneself. In addition, the eye pillows are made of herbs and seeds that also help the senses and the physical body to gradually relax.
Meditation and relaxation could, of course, be done in a comfortable seated position with an upright spine if the practitioner can remain in it without any difficulty and is comfortable. Learn more about Milena Goleva's collection of meditations here: https://milenagoleva.com

It is good to be dressed in light and comfortable clothing.

The clothes should be loose so that they do not tighten the body and do not stop the flow of blood circulation.
For the relaxation process to occur, it is important that the body does not feel cold. As it relaxes deeply and life processes slow down, it is very possible that you will become cold. That's why I recommend you to be curled or draped comfortably. You can put a small pillow under your head.

I fall asleep during meditation. Is this good?

It is also important to ventilate the room. Turn off your phone.

And since your mind is too active during the day, and certainly, as a modern person, it is not easy to find 20 minutes in which you can really isolate yourself from the world around you, as an expert in this field, I advise you to you do the meditations and relaxations in the evening, when you lay down in bed to sleep. This is a very opportune time as you are starting to knock off tasks from the day one by one anyway. Thus you fall asleep peacefully, with relaxed muscles. And this supports a much better night's sleep. The next day you wake up much more refreshed, restored and rested.
Of course, you could use these practices at any other time when it is possible for you to devote time to yourself. See also: How to quickly and successfully materialize your dreams?

Also, I recommend listening to the practices with headphones, so the effect is many times greater and deeper.

So, give yourself some time just for you. Choose your practice here from the unique collection that I have created especially for you. Use these magical practices at the chosen and convenient time for you. Immersed in home comfort and coziness. And take care of yourself. You will be deeply grateful to yourself. And you may soon realize that this is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable things you've ever done for yourself.
