❤️ The lesson of the butterfly

Once a small crack appeared in a cocoon

and a casual passer-by stood for hours and watched how a butterfly tried to emerge through this small crack. A long time passed, but the butterfly seemed to abandon its efforts, and the crack remained ever so small. It seemed to the man that the butterfly had done everything it could and that it had no strength left for anything more.

Then the man decided to help the butterfly: he took a small knife and cut open the cocoon.

The butterfly came out immediately. But her body was weak and feeble, her wings were underdeveloped and barely moved. The man continued to watch, thinking that the butterfly's wings would heal, strengthen, and it would be able to fly. But nothing of the sort happened.

For the rest of its life, the butterfly crawled on the ground.

She could never fly.
And all because the man, wanting to help her, did not understand that the effort to get out of the cocoon is necessary for the butterfly so that the liquid from its body can pass into the wings, they will unfold and so she can flies.
Life made it difficult for the butterfly to leave this shell in order to grow and develop.

Sometimes it is our effort that is needed in life

If we were allowed to live without encountering difficulties, we would be harmed. We could not become as strong as we are now. We could never fly.

I asked for strength...and life gave me hardships to make me strong.

I asked for wisdom... and life gave me problems to solve.
I asked for wealth... and life gave me a mind and a strong body to work.

I asked to be able to fly... and life gave me obstacles to overcome.

I asked for love… and life gave me people I could help solve their problems.

I asked for favors... and life gave me opportunities.

I didn't get anything I asked for... But I got everything I need
