❤️ Consume the fruits of your labor without guilt by Milena Goleva

You have sown the seeds … you have reaped … you shall eat bread

A few days ago I met my classmate:

- Hey, Milenka, your body and face look like a young girl and everything happens to you with ease - she told me
- Does that annoy you - I asked
-Yes! A lot! - she replied (Deep Bow! Few people would say it in plain text anyway)

We broke up, but it got me thinking.

I thought about how much work I put into all of this. No! Not for the body and face! And to find the place of comfort inside myself. Actually, let's face it. The body and the face are only a consequence. They reflect what is inside. What's in is out. Yes! It applies in all dimensions of both matter and spirit. I kept thinking. I do yoga, I meditate regularly, I eat, I think, I practice, I exercise, I act, I think. Well, she is not given this job.

These are the fruits of immeasurable hard work.

But he remains invisible. The big mess goes unnoticed, not because it can't be seen, but because it's more convenient for the other person (the big mess continues to this day, only brought to much more pleasant dimensions). Only you know what it costs you to be where you are. I can tell you from experience: - There is no accidental success! Accidental success will be short and fleeting. Behind every successful person, no matter in what field, there is a lot of work, very invisible to others.

It's happened to you, right?

Someone should hint to you, well, how well you are. And he, how bad he is! And the worm of guilt creeps into you. How do you stop it? Well, just think! You were a seeker and a worker. You searched and found seeds. You paid for them. Then you sowed them. You waited for them to sprout. You weeded. You did it. You watered the soil. You had the discipline to be consistent. You tended the fields every day. You took the risk of hail. You deprived yourself of many other things. You are married. You ground them. You've kneaded the dough. You let it rise (how much patience you only needed for this). You burnt your bread. Well YES YOU WILL EAT BREAD! You won't just consume it. You will taste it. Enjoy it! You put in so much effort.

During the time when you were "on the fields" these people were inactive.

They see the fruits of your labor, but not your labor. Treat them to some of your bread. Give them seeds. Let them, if they want, do something good for themselves.

But don't let anyone steal the joy you've worked so hard for. Learn to enjoy your successes. There is nothing more satisfying and delicious than the "food" fruit of a job well done.

Come on! Feed your soul!

CONSUME THE FRUITS OF YOUR LABOR WITHOUT A SENSE OF GUILT!
