We often confuse our behavior with our personality.

With every thing you say or think, you send signals to the subconscious.

And what settles permanently in the subconscious becomes a focal point of attraction.

What do you say to yourself mentally or out loud when you do something wrong?

  • Did I act stupid or am I stupid?
  • Did I do something wrong or am I bad?
  • Was I rude or am I rude?
  • It didn't work or am I crazy?
  • In this situation, did I mislead the person or am I a liar?
  • Have I failed or am I a total failure?
  • Am I lazy or am I lazy?
    And this list could go on and on.

You even identify with the bad characteristics too easily and lightly.

These are kind of contracts you make with yourself!

And every time something doesn't work out for you, you stick labels on yourself. When you continue to think over and over again through these negative labels your thoughts begin to transform into behavior. Where does this matrix thinking pattern come from? True, he probably isn't yours (at least his beginning isn't). That's how you "absorbed" it from your parents, teachers, partners, often even friends. That's probably how your parents and grandparents qualified you when you were little. They didn't tell you: You didn't make it this time, but keep practicing and you'll get better. They told you: How clumsy and clumsy you are! You are ill-mannered, bad, stupid, insensitive, lazy, rude, etc.

6 things to start doing for yourself

Unfortunately, this mindset is hard to catch on your own,

because it is deeply rooted and operates at an unconscious level. You have so accepted it as a part of you that it wouldn't even cross your mind to question it. However, what signals do you send out to the universe when you identify with such qualifications? Gradually, you begin to perceive yourself as a person who is not valuable and does not deserve good things to happen to him. And according to the laws of manifestation, you get exactly what you put out and believe.

It is important to begin to separate your behavior from your personality

and your deep inner self. That you were wrong is your current behavior, not your essence.

Can you tell the sky from the weather?

Sometimes the weather is sunny, other times rainy, windy, foggy, stormy, thundery. But all these are not characteristics of the sky, but of time. The sky remains permanently clean and endlessly blue! These climate changes come and go. The sky remains!

So is the distinction between your behavior and your personality. The emotions they come and go. But your essence remains. You are not your current emotions. You are the sky! You are not the weather. Feel the difference! Emotions change. They come and go! They pass! They transform! They are changing! But you stay!

Work with your emotions, but don't identify with them! They are not your essence. You just showed a certain behavior towards circumstances and situations.
