Each person, consciously or not, has built up some idea of what his future will be and what it will look like. Somewhere in the background there is such an idea.

It's time to revise it!

You've often heard the phrase: Your future is in your hands! It's a bit shabby, so you don't pay much attention to it, but it has a much deeper power and meaning than you think.

How do you see yourself in the future?

Fat, sick, unhappy, lonely, poor, unappreciated, failed?
Or realized, healthy, successful, calm, fulfilled, traveling, happy, living through ease, in great physical shape, surrounded by loved ones

What is the feeling that comes up when you mentally transport yourself to the distant future?

Fear and anxiety or a sense of security and fulfillment?

Because with your ideas about the future, you actually YOU'RE DESIGNING! You draw a plan, a sketch, a project of what is in front of you. Your future is in your ideas, projections and deep inner convictions. And whatever it is you choose day after day in your present. You invite him with your thoughts and expectations for him. When I met a close childhood friend,

whom I hadn't seen for more than 10 years and I asked him how he was, he said: Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee of ours, we're getting to that age (we're sets ;) where when we wake up on the nightstand there'll be a drug next to a drug and a pill to a pill. He told it to me with such pathos and such unshakable inner conviction that I have no doubt that this is exactly the kind of future he has to tell me when I see him in another 10 years.

With meditations we tell a new story.

and so We create our future, the way we want it.
