❤️ The Law of Zero Resistance by Milena Goleva

One of the main reasons many people fail

to apply the Law of Attraction is precisely the misunderstanding and disregard of the Law of Zero Resistance. He says that when you fight against something you give it your energy and thus invite more of the same into your life. Or the more you pull and

the more actively you fight something, you actually feed it with your energy.

It is as if the human psyche has been formed over millennia. What excites us the most is what scares, worries, unsettles, depresses or provokes us feelings of hatred, resentment, condemnation, criticism.

As a result, a person begins to actively emit destructive energy

(and notice voluntarily). A habit we have cultivated for a long time. We have seen it from our parents, they from theirs, and so on. Even us we are at war with ourselves. We fight with our negative qualities, with our weight, with negative thoughts, with food, with our bad habits. Yes! We are fighting for! BUT! In fact, it only makes them stronger. And the more we struggle, the more we realize that the struggle is unequal and cannot be won.

Why?

Because we have stepped on the wrong plane. And she misleads us. We have stepped onto the plane of destructive energy. We set out to fix something through the negative attitude. Read also: How to make your subconscious work for you

And the negative brings more negativity.

It turns out that the stronger our desire to fight something, the more power we give it. It's like we're on the side of those we're fighting against.

"You reap what you sow"

If you sow war, struggle, battles, resistance, resentment, negation, ever destructive vibrations, you cannot expect to reap light, Love, understanding, goodwill, beauty, support. Because they are different realities that practically have no points of contact with each other.

However, how to neutralize this destructive position?

  1. Acceptance –

This is the first step of softening. Accepting does not mean agreeing with it and letting it into you. To accept means yes to him you give the right to exist. If it exists, then someone needs it. When you accept you stop giving energy to the unwanted. Thank you!

  1. Ignore –

If you don't want something in your life, ignore it and it will disappear from your life. Don't avoid it. Don't pretend it doesn't exist. You don't protect yourself from him. To ignore it. To ignore it. You don't hate it, you don't like it. You are empty to him. So you've already got your power back.

  1. You operate through a high vibrational foundation –

It is after you have stopped giving your energy to such an unpleasant thing and have taken the power back that you can take action for change from a position of Love, benevolence, support. This is the kind of action that would make real sense for change. And real effect.

It's great to be a rebel.

Some people "bark" for change (and at the same time sow fear, hatred, resentment).

The others implement it. Being a rebel through high vibration. This is the great art. Then you have the power and charge to change realities.
And then life becomes that magical journey again... and it becomes WONDERFUL!
