If you believe you can, the universe will fill it with content.

If you believe you can't, the universe will also see to it that this is validated. I.e. in both cases it will be true! Since our belief in something is so important and depends on it whether it will become a reality, it is important to trace where it comes from.

What is it that determines the belief that you are right or wrong?

Where is the seat of this faith?
And does it mean that everything you believe in will turn out to be a fact? Read more: Do not argue! Everyone is right!

Where are the faith files kept?

Or deep inner convictions? Somewhere in the dream. We attract our life experiences through the programs we have in the subconscious or the so-called. deep inner convictions.

Here is the good news!

You can begin to change these programs that are installed in your subconscious mind. Think of it as a huge modern computer. But! It and the most perfect computer work based on what we choose to install in it. And like we choose the programs to run our computer. This way we can also choose the programs that our subconscious mind will work on.

The secret is in reprogramming!

It is clear that our subconscious is already overflowing with programs and files. But! If we begin to gradually reprogram and change the nuance of our beliefs. Then our life path will begin to transform according to our new beliefs and deep inner convictions. Or if we subconsciously reprogram "I can't" and replace it with "I can", we will begin to manifest new abilities in accordance with our new inner beliefs.

How to reprogram ourselves?

When do we access the subconscious?

When we are in a different brainwave frequency from the waking state. When we are awake, our brain maintains beta brainwave frequencies. This is not the proper reprogramming mode because the mind thinks logically and critically.

However, when we are in the alpha and theta frequencies of the brain,

then you are both awake and relaxed. Simultaneously in a state of inner peace, but also of clarity. This is the state in which reprogramming occurs. Or it's a state of meditation. It is the same state that has the mighty power to create.

The subconscious mind does not filter.

He accepts any information we submit to him in such a state as reliable.

How does reprogramming work?

While we sleep, the ear continues to receive information from the surrounding world, and the brain continues to process it. It is where magic happens and where miracles begin. It is then that reprogramming is possible. And when we reprogram deep beliefs, the universe will have no choice but to manifest our new beliefs into our lives. You change deep beliefs, you change your life!

What works!

When you go to bed to sleep, you choose the practice of the topic you need to work on. When you fall asleep through meditation, you let the body sleep with relaxed muscles. And you give the mind the new moods. Even if you fall asleep the practice continues to work. It happens with such ease and pleasantness.

If you believe that life is hard and if you believe that it is wonderful, you will be right in both cases.

If you believe you deserve it and you don't. You're right!

If you believe that people are just using you or vice versa, people are good and support you. That's right!

If you believe that it is possible to always be healthy or that after a certain age you will start to get sick. It will be this way!
If you believe that whatever you eat sticks to you or that no matter how much you eat you will be in shape. You're right!
