Class and pursuit of perfection!
I am going through a difficult period in my life and since I am very sensitive, I kept thinking, especially before sleep. This prevented me from falling asleep, or if I did fall asleep, sleep drained me rather than energizing me. The very first evening and the first 5 minutes of this meditation, I fell into a deep and relaxing sleep, in the morning I was back in shape that I had been dreaming of for days. I don't know what they are talking about in meditation because I fall asleep almost immediately every time, but what I am sure of is that it works immediately.
