And the only one you can model. When you completely flow into the present, then you have the real opportunity to stop this flow of thoughts related to the past or the future. And everything that is not related to this moment now will literally evaporate from your mind.

Everyone has those moments, right? Moments in which he feels a strong current swirling around him, and that of negative thoughts following one after the other (the pleasant ones, when they are in a flow, a gorgeous and honey surfing in the magic of positive experience happens). I do not tolerate the idea of negative thoughts being suppressed. Because they are turning into a pressure cooker and sooner or later it will explode. Sometimes it's good to just go with the flow.
