Nowadays everyone is looking for the secret of youth. Everyone promises and sells youth.
Where is she hidden? What is her secret? And was it discovered at all?
I will tell you about one of my 67-year-old students. Introducing Nadia! And I can assure you that at her age (not that it is many), this is one of the youngest people I have ever met in my life.

She never stops learning new things.
To pursue higher goals, but without emanating naked ambition. He writes poems. He dances like the last time. He admires small miracles. Jumping with happiness. It provokes life. Challenge yourself. And the smile always shines on her face. A sun that infects others around her with life and inspiration.
You certainly know many young people who are actually spiritual retirees.
Children, even, who live without passion. And surely you have seen many people of extreme age (our heroine Nadia, of course, is not one of them) who carry the vitality of youth. You've probably shared inspiring photos of seniors doing sports more than once and raved about them. Well! Nadia is one of us. She is a wonderful person of flesh and blood who is an example for many generations of people and especially for those permanently dissatisfied and forever sullen. It's like when GREAT people (like Nadia) are close to us, we take them for granted. Beauty and youth inside and out
I refuse to accept
Nadia and people like her are taken for granted just because it's not a Facebook picture (of someone we'll never meet). And I would like everyone to know about her.
But let's go back to youth. Why do we keep looking for it in cosmetics and makeup (NO, I have nothing against them ;)? Why do we think it can be gifted to us by plastic surgeons? Is age simply measured in numbers?
I'm going to tell you a big secret! Youth is in KINDNESS!
She is the companion of the good man. The freshness from within is also manifested on the face. Kindness has no age. Benevolence has no wrinkles. Because being good and human is not a vice (I know you often think so), but a GIFT that for

She's crazy in a delightful way. It is alive and vibrant. And an example from which I would like to learn.
In my eyes, her youth is a fact. Because YOUTH IS A DIGNITY THAT APPEARS FROM THE INSIDE OUT! IF IT IS INSIDE, IT WILL BE OUTSIDE TOO!
