❤️ How do you harm yourself or what do you add to the verb "am" by Milena Goleva

Often disappointed with what happens to you in life,

you don't realize that you yourself are the cause of all that you are experiencing. Just think! What are the signals you are giving the universe about yourself? And isn't what happens to you directly proportional to who you believe yourself to be? You often give negative signals, but you want to experience positive things!

What is it that you often say to yourself or to a loved one?

  • - Feel tired
    - I'm disappointed
    - I'm hurt
    - I'm screwed
    - I'm offended
    - I am poor
    - I'm sad
    - I'm unhappy
    - I am betrayed
    - I'm a curmudgeon
    - I am lonely
    - I'm afraid
    – I have no strength (the list can go on and on)

Aren't you against yourself?

Doesn't every definition you give yourself and then add the verb "I AM" involve the universe in action to manifest in your life, your own beliefs about yourself, which you yourself turn into poisonous mantras. And you allow yourself to chant so regularly that soon they are an invariable part of your life. Read more: Happy things happen to happy people

Of course, you will immediately say to yourself:

– Yes, but this is reality itself! I'm just registering it.

I immediately answer you: - The reality itself is because before that you persistently mantrated again and again.
Of course, this is not about denying reality, but about healthy balance. You don't have to pretend you don't see the facts, but don't exaggerate the obvious. What you think about yourself will eventually come to you. Good things can't happen to you if you're against yourself.

You have to start allowing that,

which you would like to become your truth. To begin to catch those poisonous mantras that you use to describe yourself. Often these are statements about yourself that you repeat completely unconsciously, even when they are not completely valid at the moment. Revise to which words you add the verb "I AM" and you will realize how you are harming yourself.

And why don't you simply reverse the mantra and elegantly emphasize something constructive every time you get caught in such a negative momentum?

What if you say:

  • - I am lucky
    - I am happy
    - I'm in shape
    - I am full of constructive energy
    "I'm safe."
    - I am delighted
    - I am satisfied
    - I am appreciated
    - I am supported
    - I'm getting stronger
    - I know how to overcome my fears
    - I feel a rush of energy

What you believe about yourself determines what

what you turn yourself and your reality into! You just need to change the mantra elegantly and with finesse. And then you will begin to discover how gradually The universe fills with meaning and content, your new vision of yourself. See more: From today I will live more slowly...
