❤️ From today I will live more slowly...

I woke up and quickly got out of bed.

I was in a hurry to drink my coffee, go to work, get home, get a bunch of things done… I didn't have time, I was always in a hurry to go somewhere... For where, for what and why I still didn't have enough time? Then I thought, why are we in such a hurry to live our lives, why do we want to do everything today, have everything today, succeed today...

And do we think that we are actually rushing to the finish line, and no one wants life to end... I realized that if I live this fast, I will experience the most wonderful of my life and then?

What are we becoming?

We sleep fast, eat fast, have sex fast, love fast, work fast and in the end we are not satisfied, always tired and angry about something...

I want to live slowly, I want to have time to experience everything, enjoy it, appreciate it. Until now I lived fast, I was a child fast, I wanted to study fast, I wanted to get everything fast. Now I want to love slowly, rejoice slowly, succeed slowly, grow old slowly.

What happens when we love fast - only fast loves come into our lives, burn us, rob us, take what they can quickly, quickly end and quickly leave, and we rush to find the next one and so it all repeats itself...

Don't over fight. The best things come unexpectedly

And if we loved slowly, we would be able to enjoy every moment,

we would have time to give and receive more, we would have time to accept, understand, talk about our feelings, recharge our souls, not just rob them. We would let love change us, not kill us.
Now I want to get everything, but when I need it. I don't want anything right away, I'll save a little for tomorrow... Why should I have everything today so that I don't have anything left for tomorrow?
Look at this: ❤️ I will teach you to love yourself! And this will be Love for Life by Milena Goleva

Today I'll do what I can, and tomorrow, if I like it, I'll do it again as long as I feel I can.

I want to have many days…

Many sunrises and many sunsets, and in between many wonderful moments of love, beauty, happiness, joy, even my tears I want to cry slowly!
People say, "Live while you're young!" After that? Will I stop living, dreaming, will I?
Even if I don't stop, why wear myself out and take large doses when I can slowly get the same and enjoy it longer.

We skip childhood to rush to be 18,

then we experience youth so quickly that at 30 we have already done everything and have nothing to dream about. Maybe after 30 we should start living real, slow! And if something is still missing, let's think about whether we missed it in haste. Let's go back, give it time to happen, to come and experience it without rushing, without wanting it right away.

Why should we long for something that can happen to us tomorrow, we just have to wait for it!

Why, when we lose someone or something, do we want to experience the pain quickly? How do we say goodbye, how do we break free, if we don't allow ourselves to suffer, how do we move forward if we close the pain inside us instead of letting it go? How do we love when we don't let love develop, we want it ready right away?
We can't even rejoice, we suppress joy and happiness for fear of losing them, and that's when we might lose them. Instead of experiencing them, we hide them somewhere inside us, turn them from reality into longing...

We are rewound like springs and instead of slowly and calmly moving forward,

we jump fast and fall back fast. So we are always dissatisfied. Today we are at the top and tomorrow at the bottom, wanting, unsatisfied and always in a hurry.
Leave something for tomorrow, but don't delay today, just prolong the wonderful moments, preserve them as long as possible, enjoy them...

From today I will live more slowly, I will love more slowly, I will want more slowly, I will eat more slowly, I will sleep more slowly and I will be more happy with everything I have! And you?
