❤️ Bedtime ritual for health and peaceful sleep by Milena Goleva

Our condition in the morning and our condition throughout the next day depend on the quality of sleep.

Good sleep is also the basis of whether you will have energy and mood. I often share this simple recipe, I know its endless benefits. I am a person who believes that the simple things work the most and bring real value to our lives. But!!! It is important to apply them.

I share it with you too.

You will immediately feel the endless benefits.
In the evening, just before going to bed, take some honey. I will write the recipe at the end.

And what are the benefits of honey before bed?

They are in several directions: Collected from the pollen of flowers and herbs, honey has been a special medicine since ancient times. Honey is a super food and a super medicine.

  • Honey is a natural relaxant and has a calming effect.

Especially before sleep. In the evening, however, it is recommended to dissolve it in water. This is gentle on the stomach.

  • It has antibacterial and antiviral effects
  • Activates metabolism and improves intestinal flora

And why do I call it a ritual, right?

Well, because to this honey elixir I add something very important. Minutes of peace before bed, in which as I drink the honey magic I remember with Gratitude all the good things I had the privilege of experiencing today. So I insist every night that my mind searches and digs through its files for the good. Even the smallest things. This is how I train my mind to notice the valuable. The recipe:

Half a teaspoon of honey is dissolved in half a glass of warm water. It is important that the water is not cold, because the honey will not dissolve, nor hot, because its useful ingredients can be destroyed if it is above 30-35 degrees. What I recommend is that the water should not be more than half a glass, because in the evening after 7 pm it is not good to take large amounts of liquids. And one more important thing: after drinking the water with honey, gently rinse your mouth with water or, best of all, brush your teeth.
