Water is the stuff of life.

It's so easy and so often overlooked. About 70% of the Earth's surface is covered by water. As well as the same amount in our body. Water is in a different ratio in our body when we are young and when we start to get older. It is more in people who are thinner and less percentage in people who are overweight. Water is needed for every single metabolic process. And it participates in all life processes in the human body. It is also the medium in which absolutely all biochemical processes take place. Therefore, it is extremely important to be well hydrated in order to feel good and to provide our body with the water it needs.

What are the four times of the day when we absolutely must drink water?

1. After waking up from sleep.

This is one of the most crucial times of the day when it is really important to drink water. As soon as we get out of bed and brush our teeth of course. 2 glasses of warm water (not cold and not hot, but warm) around 35-45 degrees, close to body temperature will wash away all the toxins accumulated during the night. During the night the body continues to function and in the morning the water washes away the deposits on the surface of the entire digestive system. It is literally like an indoor shower.

In addition, water in the morning wakes up our metabolism, prepares it for work.

It awakens and rejuvenates our internal organs. It also cleanses the nervous system, freeing it from tension and stress.

Why hot water?

2. Half an hour before meals.

If you drink a glass of water half an hour before a meal, you will boost the body's metabolism. You will prepare him for the meal. Water will give you a feeling of satiety, so you will eat less food. In this way, you will also take care of your good form.

3. Immediately before taking a shower or bath.  

When you drink a glass of water before a shower or a bath, you actually support the overall hydration of the body. You will regulate your blood pressure. This will also improve the overall condition of your skin.

4. Along with coffee (not least)

We all love to enjoy our favorite cup of coffee. But we know that coffee dehydrates the body very strongly. Water will balance this dehydration and help the body restore its natural water balance. And besides, the water will help you feel the taste of the coffee much better. Make it a habit whenever you make your favorite coffee to always add a glass of water.

Keeping our body well hydrated ensures that our cells function well.

It is good to take water until 19.00 in the evening,

because between 17.00 and 19.00 the kidney meridian is most active. After 19.00 hours, the meridian is already weakened and you will slow down the function of the kidneys. That is why after this time it is not good to drink water.
