❤️ Stop feeling bad because you feel bad by Milena Goleva

It so happens that by learning more and more how the laws of the universe work,

you begin to demand more and more from yourself.

And in the moments when for some reason you feel bad or things don't happen exactly the way you want them to, you start to feel guilty. Like you have the obligation to always be happy always be smiling and cheerful. And if it doesn't happen 100 percent, it doesn't live up to your expectations and you start to feel disappointed in yourself.

You feel worse because you feel worse.

Are you familiar? Me too. I myself have experienced it many times. I know well what it's like to feel the elixir of how the universe works. When one tastes of this elixir, you begin to want to change many, many aspects of your life at the same time. How you wish everything would happen to you, just like that, all of a sudden. Immediately! Learn more how to help yourself with the collection of meditations by Milena Goleva

But these are processes.

You cannot practice a negative vibration for many years and want the total change to happen just like that, literally in a day or a week. Yes! In an hour, a day or a week, you can feel the power of The Law of Attraction. But lasting positive improvements take time. It takes your awareness, persistence, practice. It is necessary to observe the processes, to direct thoughts in the desired direction and above all not to allow yourself to feel bad, because you feel a sense of guilt when you feel bad.

Try to soften this tendency.

Because when you add the feeling of guilt to not feeling well, it makes the moment even worse. Think about it, you have a huge palette of hundreds of possible emotions. You don't have to want yourself to always be in a certain one emotion. This doesn't need to happen.

How do we develop healthy confidence and self-esteem?

You are here to go through different states and learn from them.

It is their diversity that helps you develop and move forward and upward. And being happier and more smiling starts to become your more and more natural state, but gradually. Don't make changes through guilt. Because it won't work that way. Don't criticize yourself because sometimes you are "down". And do not resist such states. Stop feeling bad because you feel bad sometimes. Read more: What you run from is what you attract into your life

When you feel bad just let go of that emotion.

Don't try to kick her out! Get into it! Explore her! Watch her! See why she came! What does he have to say to you! But without an element of self-reproach. No guilt.  Observe yourself both when you are super "up" and when you are out of this pleasant and comfort zone. These moments "down there" have something to tell you. They come to give you a new starting point. To help you take the next step that will take you even higher.

Monitor processes.

Observe your emotional states. Sometimes you are "up", other times you are "down". They all make sense. They are that engine that provokes you every next time to keep polishing yourself. And to keep polishing those little (and big ;)) edges that are in you.

Stop feeling bad when you feel bad!

Because accepting this "down" will help you more easily start to get out of the place where you don't want to be for long.

Come on now smile! Accept!

And stop feeling bad because you feel bad! Take a deep breath! You already went to your favorite "up", did you feel it?

Life is wonderful!
