❤️ 11 things to remind yourself daily

Life is a series of days. And if you turn your attention to making each of them wonderful—to be Grateful, to be Joyful, and to like everything as it is—you will create a wonderful life. Is it that easy?

Here are 11 things you should remind yourself of every day. Things that are likely to bring more light into your life and more peace into your heart:

1. This very moment is your life!

Right today, here and now, is what your life is. This moment is your life. And if you make the choice to surrender fully to this moment - to be Grateful, to be Joyful and to like everything as it is - you will experience joy like you have never experienced before and you will feel much more alive than ever before. yes it was.

"Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life”
Omar Khayyam

 2. There is a time for everything!

There is a time to be alone and there is a time to be surrounded by the people you love. A time to be happy and a time to be sad. A time to be energetic and a time to be exhausted. A time to feel safe and a time to be in danger. There is time for everything. And the more we learn to embrace this truth, the more peace we will feel in our hearts and the easier it will be for us to deal with life's changes and challenges.

 3. Every day is a new beginning, every morning a new life begins!

The beauty of life is that every morning gives you a new chance, a new opportunity to start all over again. To let your yesterday go and give your life a fresh new start. That's how noble life is.
End each day with satisfactionthat you did
the best you could.
Even if you have made some mistakes, forget them.
Tomorrow is a new day, start it enthusiastically without being burdened by yesterday.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

 4. Nothing in life is yours to keep!

Everything in your life is transitory and impermanent. Everything changes, nothing stays the same. And even when we really want to hold on to something, we realize that nothing is ours. And when it's time to leave the physical world, we take nothing with us. We leave everything behind, even our bodies.

"You only lose what you hold on to."
Buddha

 5. You are not given more than you can handle!

Failures build character, strength and help you become wiser. Every experience, every interaction, no matter how bad it may seem, has the power to shape you, to you models and help you become who you were born to be. And if life hands you more than you think you can handle, it's because it knows how strong you really are and wants to reveal the courage, wisdom, and strength hidden deep within you.

6. You were born with wings. Learn to use them and fly!

There is so much power, so much beauty, so much wisdom and so much charge in you. She always has been and always will be. And if you dare, yes you believe in yourself, and if you dare to dream and if you live your life as if for you there are no limits to what you can be, do and have, then you will discover that "You were born with potential. You were born with kindness and faith. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness. You were born with wings. You weren't born to crawl, so don't. You have wings. Learn to use them and fly.” Rumi

7. What others think of you is none of your business!

Lao Tzu said: "Be interested in what people say and you will always be their prisoner." Worrying about what other people think of you and yes you rearrange life according to their expectations is a recipe for stress, unhappiness, confusion and adversity. Always remember that your life is yours to live, your way and you don't need to be concerned about what "they" think.

8. Never neglect your path for someone else's path!

You have your own path to walk, your own unique purpose to fulfill with substance. The relationships you have with your own essence, with the goals in your life are the most important relationships in your life. These are sacred relationships and it is important to treat them as such. Learn more about Milena Goleva's collection of meditations here: https://milenagoleva.com
"You yourself are the source of all purity and depravity.
No one purifies another.
Never neglect your own work
Because of the other
No matter how great his need.
It's your job to find your job
And then with all my heart
To surrender to her.” Dhammapada

9. Better to be alone than in bad company!

Surround yourself with wise, kind and loving people. Those who live in truthfulness and integrity.
"If the searcher can find
A virtuous and wise companion
Let him go with him in joy
And together to overcome the dangers on the road.
But if you can't find it
A friend or a master to go with thee,
travel alone -
Like a king who has renounced his kingdom,
Like an elephant in the forest.
Better travel alone
Than with a fool for company.” Dhammapada

10. You are a human being, not a human work!

You are a human being, not a human work, and you need to make sure you don't let your ego trick you into thinking that who you are is not enough. And that you have to "become someone" to be able to prove its value. And you don't have to do more and more every day. There's nothing wrong with making things, nothing wrong with working to create all kinds of wonderful things, but when you start comparing yourself and showing how good you are at the things you do, then things can get out of balance. 11. What you are is enough!

That which is already enough is not because of what others see on the outside, but because of who you are on the inside.

"You are enough on your own. You have nothing to prove to anyone”
Maya Angelo
