Sun-Moon Meditation by Milena Goleva

An exceptional program of two short, inspiring, daily meditations.

The first meditation is the Solar Meditation. It is a great start to the new day. It is practiced immediately after waking up, in bed. It only takes 17 seconds to hold attention on a pleasant thought and it will begin to attract more and more and more pleasant thoughts. And so, from the moment we wake up, we become a powerful magnet and begin to attract pleasant thoughts to ourselves, emotions, events. This unique Meditation gives a strong and successful start to our day.

The second meditation is the Moon Meditation. It is advisable to practice it when one has laid down in bed in the evening to fall asleep. When we fall asleep filled with beautiful thoughts, we fall asleep relaxed, satisfied and filled with the beautiful feeling of Gratitude. This meditation helps us train our mind to seek and discover the pleasant things. And at the same time not to attach much importance to the unpleasant ones.

And so we subtly learn to be Happy with what we have in our lives while we anxiously await what we want.
